Ryon and Kwan were very polite and very careful moving some old pieces including a huge grandfather clock. When we couldn’t find the key to tape down the pendulums, Ryon had the brilliant idea to drop in bubble wrap and plastic bags through an open panel to fill up the inside. Old furniture is the real deal…very heavy and these two kept a great attitude throughout. I’ve had to move my mom 4 times in 4 years and Melvin’s Moving was the best of all. They also did a big Goodwill run and brought extra prices of furniture 30 minutes away to my house. They were very polite and friendly. Trent and his crew did a phenomenal job! It was a very long day for them, Mom’s move being their second of the day. By the time they had finished packing Mom’s things, it was 7:30pm. Before they left, they unloaded everything, putting all of Mom’s things away neatly, using the photos that they took before the move. They used the diagram that I left for them so that everything was positioned perfectly. All I have to do is put up her pictures where she wants them. I will definitely recommend your company, and especially this great crew!
