The earlier the better! 2-4 weeks is what we usually prefer, but if you plan on moving during our peak times which is summer, end of the month or a weekend, please call us 4-6 weeks before your planned date.
We usually can give you a pretty accurate quote over the phone based on the information and inventory you provide. We do suggest an on-site estimate if you have a larger home (4+ bedrooms), commercial move (office space) or any unusual items (pool table, piano, hot tubs ect.) Estimates are non-biding and free of charge.
We accept all major credit cards, cash or cashier’s check/money order. No personal checks unless previously agreed on.
Every move is strictly individual and the time to complete it varies a lot. The time to complete a moving job depends on the size of your home, the magnitude of your household and the distance traveled. There are some factors like the distance from your front door to the moving truck that can additionally increase the moving time for local moves.
No hidden fees. Ever. We simply charge an all inclusive hourly rate plus a one time trip charge. In the case of packing, moving supplies will be charged separately.
